Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Impagement Marketing Inc. ("Impagement", "we", "us"), a federal corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA), corporation no. 1558662-3, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in a country with a statutory right of withdrawal for services (for example the EU, EEA or UK), you keep those rights. Your written quote explains when work starts and how withdrawal applies once delivery has begun.
Before work begins
If you cancel before you submit your project intake form (which starts generation), you will receive a full refund.
After work has started
Once delivery has begun, we may offer a partial refund for items not yet delivered, at our discretion. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, for example if a deliverable is faulty or not as described.
Non-refundable items
Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not refund completed deliverables, or advertising spend you paid to platforms such as Meta, Google or TikTok.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned using the payment method set out in your quote, usually within 5–10 business days.
